Inside the 'Workshop'

Today i was supposed to be at school :/ however was majorly distracted haha however i found today was a very constructive day. First of all here is a picture of my little workspace, i know its not massive or anything, but it does the job and its a cosy little area for me to knuckle down.

As you can see i have two posters :P one of my favourite rapper 50 cent (which i found! find of the century) and one of a few naked lasses with beckonin eyes ;) helps me concentrate of course :)

BOTH ARE VERY MOTIVATIONAL LOL

So after staring at ma posters for a few hours :P I decided to crack on with ma bantam tanks. One of the tanks is pretty much primered and ready to go, need to aquire some silver spray paint which is about £2.85 i think from autoparts! bargain! considerin you get the same paint for about £5 and for 300ml at places like motorworld. (however motorworld has a lot more colour varieties! Which i will need for the topcoat) The other tank is half primered, still a lot of rubbing down/filler to be applied to it to make it aesthetically pleasing.

Primered and ready for a silver basecoat

Still a lot of work needed doing to this one to get it up to standard!

So ill focus on the first tank, i got this about 2 years ago when i was thinkin of building a bsa bantam. I got it off ebay for about £60 and it had an arit epaint job. However........i accidentally put a huge scratch in the paintwork haha not good :/ so abandoned the whole project as i basically cba anymore and i lacked the funds. But i only just got back into ma sprayin after i got ma shed so ive decided to restore it back to its old glory :) But now its ready for a silver basecoat, get some pinstriping done, masked up and hopefully paint it a lovely burgundy red/silver with a gold pinstripe (tape as i lack the experience to paint pinstripe :P)

Thanks for looking (not that i have any followers yet haha) but when you do at least theres summet to read
